Sealight

I remember, yesterday
This marine sky released an inner calm
that betides the forlorn storm,

Where shards of pearl, cyan light pours down
Filtering through the silver brigade of shivering clouds.

An orange motorcade glides by
passing through the dizzying forms of trees
It approaches a bend in the road
which opened up to the bay.

A seaport will stand stubbornly, as it always does,
Against the restless
glistening arms of cobalt waves
As they caress
they will probe and they will throb blindly,
at its closed heart

In the background...,
Gaunt, rugged scarp of islands float by
Gazing down, at a quiet bay in display.
Reminiscing, traces of a lingering dream,

The sealight bestows Antartic hues
upon the dense chaos of trees.
Pronouncing the ruffled, but crisp assembly,
of foliage, and diverging wood,

Dissipate away into sea.
Drifting, salty dreams of foregone memory

Within this blessed frame anew

Come...

I have something to show you

This bay will remain again,
So melancholy radiant, So dreamily blue,
